Six Million Steps are a collective of DJ's, Record Collectors, and Enthusiasts of Soulful Black Music, based in London, England.
We present two weekly shows on Starpoint Radio. Every Saturday from 11am to 1pm UK time is the 6MS SESSIONS, presented by DC and JJ, and Andrew (in rotation). Every Sunday from 2pm to 4pm we host the ORIGINAL MASTERCUTS show with Ian and Alan. We also specialise in producing mixes and re-edits, as well as hosting exclusive mixes and radio shows produced and presented by friends who possess similar tastes.
We also see ourselves as a resource for everybody who's interested in music with similar tastes to ourselves. The Six Million Steps collective includes many well-known collectors, DJ's, authors and experts in the fields of Soul, Disco, House, Funk, Boogie, Jazz-Funk, Northern and Modern Soul, Electro, Reggae, Hip-Hop, Jazz and other forms of Black Music from the last 50 years. We pride ourselves on bringing you the best old music, as well as fresh new music.
We have now joined MySpace Music to widen the circle and ask similar-minded people to become our friends.
