Six Minute Century is a power/progressive metal band from Houston, Texas. Formed in the spring/summer of 2004, Six Minute Century quickly became a big draw to the local metal scene. In 2006 Six Minute Century drew the attention of Nightmare Records and signed a deal to release their debut CD. On March 18, 2008, “Time Capsules” was released and quickly started gaining highly acclaimed reviews. Six Minute Century has since played at venues across the country in support of “Time Capsules”, and is currently writing and recording material for its second release.
