About me: I like people and have a lot of faith in their potential, and you have to work pretty hard to become an exception to that rule. I write flowery, archaic, metred, arguably contrite poetry, and offer no excuses for wearing my jackboots with my long flowing skirts. I'm the first one into the mosh pit and the last one out of the girly accessories store at the mall. I am at the mercy of a muse who keeps odd hours, and a wanderlust that sometimes makes me feel at ease on a street in a city I've never been to, and miles from home in a room full of people I've known for years. I know how trying it must be to be a friend to someone so mercurial, and so I repay loyal friendship, as best I can, with gratitude and love and unflinching devotion. I am full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.
I am deeply, madly, head-over-heels in love with the man I married.
Who I'd like to meet: Decent human beings. Honest, considerate, thoughtful people. Intelligence turns me on, but a good heart wins me over. Kindness is more important than a brilliant mind, and honor more important than your possessions and achievements. Kindred spirits are good--creative people, artistic people, the music-makers and the dreamers of dreams. I'd like to meet people who can make me think, make me laugh, show me the world in different ways, or just remind me now and then that my belief in humanity isn't wholly misplaced. I like to learn, and everyone I meet has something to teach me, so I look forward to getting to know as many people as I can.

I'm so glad you like the pics, I've been meaning to post them for along time. :O) Beltain is still a maybe/maybe not. Donovan will be there because he has to pass down the KAS award but Curtis has a surgery on MAY 1st and he probably wont be up to camping after only one week. If he is up to it we will day trip, it all depends on how he is feeling and healing.
