SIZZLETEEN RECORDS is a new Indie label located in upstate New York.
Sizzleteen will be dealing with the promoting/distribution part of your record.
REMEMBER: SubPop and Matador wasn't built in a day so right now the band/artist will have to pay for recording costs on their own. We would love to do it for you, but at the beginning stages, we don't have the money to put 10 bands in the studio at a few thousand bucks each. Eventually, hopefully we will but its virtually impossible now...unless you want to loan us money :)
We are looking for "Good-Great-AMAZING' sounding records...MUSIC WISE. We don't care if you recorded it in your bedroom/garage/basement or a high class studio. No one stopped the Strokes from making "Is This It" in Julian's bedroom, right? No. Was it great?! YES.

We will listen to EVERYTHING that is sent our way. Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for us to get back to you...We get TONS literally TONS of submissions and being the Indie label that we are, we really have to pick and chose our battles (we'd sign all of you if we could!)

How's everything going? We're playing Joe's Pub on Saturday July 12th for a benefit against domestic violence.
