Premonition Factory is the new Ambient project of Sjaak Overgaauw, born in The Netherlands (1968) and living in Antwerp, Belgium. The project has been started in September 2009 and is a spin-off project of demo material recorded between August 2008 and July 2009. The debut CD is scheduled to be released in February 2010 and will contain Ambient live improvisation tracks.
