Great indoor Practice space. Skilled Roller Derby leaders to help teach
you all you need to know to be a rock star roller derby queen and a healthy safe athletic woman. Skating is: fun, social, and healthy! Skating is good for your physical and mental well being. You just have to know the basics of skating and we will teach you the
rest. Skaters over 18 (out of high school) and of all backgrounds welcome to apply.

Sonoma County Roller Derby would like to invite all neighboring League SKATERS & REFS To an OPEN SCRIMMAGE on TUESDAY JUNE 17, 2008 from 8:00-9:30 pm.
Please arrive by 7:30 pm to sign waivers, and get ready & warmed up to to stretch and take the track at 9pm. Bring a bottle of water, a black and a white T-shirt with at least your number on them. We plan on skating 2, 30-minute periods. Let us know if you need a place to stay, we have bed/floor space!

Sonoma County Roller Derby would like to invite all neighboring League skaters to join us this Monday MARCH 10th from 8-10 pm for a friendly scrimmage. Please arrive around 7:30 pm to sign waivers and be listed on a team. Please bring proof of USARS, black and white shirt with number on it, and bottled water.
