I've always had a love of playing and making music, beginning from the first time I played an instrument in grade school, through my years of military service up until today. I had to tuck away that desire and passion for making music for 20 years while tending to family and service life. I retired and quickly dove back into it and am still trying to learn and advance in this business. I do this because I love it and like to know that other people like what I do. Currently I live and work in Kansas City, Missouri.
Some of my other credits include:
Out of Darkness * TV show theme
Verdun, PC Game * Composer/Sound Designer
Tru Loved * Trippin on India, Film Soundtrack
Great work as usual Steve! I’m always pleasantly surprised whenever I visit your profile as you regularly put up new music and it’s refreshingly not tied to one particular style or genre. Me thinks I need to pull my fingers out lol! Great work too with the “Childhood’s End” artwork!
Hello Steve, thanks so much for your friendship your soundscapes are awesome. We are very happy that you joined the inner circle of Flaming Bess, the incredibly beautiful goddess of light. We hope that you enjoy our music. Peace to you and yours and all the best for your future. May God bless you. Flaming Bess Duesseldorf Germany
PS. Please feel free to download “Shelter from the storm” for free, and in case you want to please add some of our music at your page.
Dropping by to say many thanks for your kind words of support re. "Devil May Care" and to catch up on your current projects. It’s all sounding excellent and I’m extremely impressed with the Debussy project! I started out my EM journey listening to the Switched on Bach albums and later on Tomita’s electronic take on Debussy. I must say you’ve perfectly captured that “sound” and importantly you’ve also kept the original spirit of Debussy’s music intact so well done!
Steve, thanks for your comment re Chama Canyon. It means a lot to me as I really like your work and the vibe you put into it. In terms of your work, it sounds like you really live up to the Ravi Shankar quote you've posted and that definitely comes through in the music.
The Debussy pieces sound great. I think it's a fantastic project.
Last year was a bliss on myspace! Meeting all kind of people with different backrounds. All bringing their contribution to the bigger picture! All equal in value, all different in their role they play in life!
So, how are you liking Sonar7, Steve? I'm still on Sonar6 on this end. If I do update (I probably will), it won't be for at least for a couple months. I have a couple other things to update first.
I hope you're having a wonderful Christmas and I hope the New Year is filled with much great music and musical success.
