    I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to go shopping, but I can't believe how bad our malls are here... OH well, I still like going to the mall to shop until I drop!! I also like Hockey, Baseball, Softball, Street Hockey, Football, Sports, Medicine, Sports Medicine, Music, Computers, and Sports Again :). I love working in medicine because that is a period in someone's life when they are in need and are looking for help, it is at this time you can make an impact, for the good, in their lives. I have my EMT certificate, which I received even before graduating high school, by completing the necessary classes and scenarios. I have worked in an ER and medical/surgical floor at local hospitals. I am unsure of what medical field I ultimately want to work in, but I know that is what career I like and want to work in. ..

    I like all sorts of music EXCEPT Rap, Heavy Metal, Polka, Yodeling, and Opera. However, there are a few rap and a few heavy metal songs that I like, but I can count all of the ones that I like on my two hands. I don't really have ONE favorite group, but I like 3 Doors Down, The Goo Goo Dolls, Creed, The Beatles, Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Elton John, Eric Clapton, James Taylor, R.E.M., The Eagles, Richard Marx, Journey, REO Speedwagon, Bon Jovi, The Bee Gees, Chicago, Sarah McLachlan, Plumb, Savage Garden, Evanescence, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, The All-American Rejects, Chris Daughtry, Foo Fighters, Gavin DeGraw, Lifehouse, No Doubt, Maroon 5, Nickleback, Norah Jones, The Fray, Anberlin, Avril Lavigne, ect... In other words, I like Rock, Pop, Alternative, R&B, Jazz, and Soul.

  • Movies

    I love a good movie! I like all sorts of movies, except Princess Bride. My 2 FAVORITE movies are The Fugitive and US Marshals. I also like Air Force One, Black Hawk Down, Finding Nemo, Groundhog Day, The Italian Job, The Jackal, Just Married, The Lion King, The Money Pit, Outbreak, Patton, Patriot Games, Peacemaker (the one w/ George Clooney, not the one from the 50's), Pirates Of The Caribbean, Saving Private Ryan, Sin City, Sleepless In Seattle, Tears Of The Sun, Three Kings, Toy Story, Twister, Two Weeks Notice, And You've Got Mail. ..

  • Television

    I am not as fond of TV as I use to be. TV Shows aren't what they use to be either. I loved to watch Fresh Prince that was one of my favorite shows. Now I like ER, CSI, Without A Trace, House and Law and Order: SVU & CI. ..

  • Books

    My FAVORITE books are books written by James Patterson. I really like his writing style and the different series he splits his books into. ..

  • Heroes

    My hero, or the person I try to be like, or try to resemble my life after His life, is Jesus. He is a sinless man that is extremely compassionate and forgiving, and has boundless amounts of grace and love for every human being. My "earthly" heroes are my parents. They work really hard and do a really good job at what they do. They also raised 2 really well-rounded children in a Christian home/environment and they made sure that their home was filled with love and compassion. They always would put their needs aside if their children needed something, they also would help a total stranger by filling that person's needs before filling their own needs. They both lead by example and are great role-models. They both believe in forgiveness and do not hold grudges or believe in revenge. They both are my heroes.

Who I'd like to meet:

Other than someday meeting Jesus, my Lord and Savior, my true hero and my daily inspiration... I think it would be really cool to meet Paul McCartney. I think he has had an influence on every generation since the 60s, so it would be interesting to meet him and find out what he is like in person, minus the media/Hollywood presence...
