About me: Skegness Scooter Club - Skegness Lincolnshire England.
Lambretta (and the occassional vespa/auto.) enthusiast meet at The Welcome Inn pub Burgh Road Skegness Sunday nights from 7pm ish and then later to Whisky a go gos on the seafront. Skegness has always had a scooter club in one form or another. Earlier ones include - and one of the biggest in the area was The Eastside S.C.mid - Late ..70s from the Northern Soul era through the Mod Revival.- The Jolly Fishermen !! Early - mid ..80s. Then mid - late 80..s Spilsby Scooter club - The Sidewinders / The Batemans Diesel Suppers. you have to be local to understand that name!! Then The East Lincs S.C. of which Paul went on to start the Skegness Sticky Rock scooter rallies - which have been National Runs. These he organizes independently. We run our own events which include The successful Run to the Beach and the recent End of Season Run with the Leicestershire Alliance at The Whisky a go go bar on the seafront.
Skegness Lambretta Club have been going for at least 20 years now. As well as our own events we attend National Rallies and local do..s and rideouts. All scooterists- yes !! even Vespa & Auto. riders come along and meet us on Sunday nights..MySpace Layouts - myspace layouts By skegness..
