Hi, welcome to my alternative Myspace.com page. My name is Mark "Skidder" Edwards and as "Incubus Lovechild - Cyber Assassin" I write & record space rock material (www.myspace.com/cyberassassin). I also like to write acoustic rock-based stuff and therefore have put this page together to give a taste of my "other side"!
Another of my passions is supporting independent music and since March 2001 I have written & maintained a website dedicated to promoting indie artists from all over the globe called www.skidmark.org . There you will find page listings for some awesome independent bands & solo artists, including MP3 streams. The site is published monthly and promotes a featured artist of the month (FAOTM), "virtual" interview with the previous month's FAOTM using IM services and a monthly CD competition, PLUS there are pages of free guitar lessons, CD reviews, downloadable videos & more!!
Many of the bands on SkidMark are featured live on SkidMark's favourite webcast show over at www.bumpskey.com - the show ROCKS! - check it out, if you're an artist, send Jerry the webjay your CD and he's sure to play it on the show.
