Mooresville, NC based SKIN KAGE formed in early 2005. Their goal? Attacking the local metal scene with a ferocity that few could match. Skin Kage is heavy metal thrashcore, and were quickly turning heads around the area. Frank Brown (vocals) engages you with intimidation and extreme vocalization. Travis Donaldson (guitar) stirs together odd-time and unconventional rhythm patterns while Phil Lafon (guitar) adds a throat-grabbing style. He, along with Chris McBride (bass), add deep, dark components of a rhythm section to be reckoned with. Nolan Lawing (drums) applies old-school influenced abilities to lock down the wreckless fucking abandon that unites this entity... SKIN KAGE!
Sorry to say this but the July 10th show has been canceled along with all shows at the Charlotte's Underground!
All J&T Music Promotion shows have been pull from the Charlotte's Underground do to the way the club is being ran.
Bad business is bad business!
J&T Music Promotion is about the bands and the music.
We will not work with places that feels any other way!
Please give us a bit to find some place thats about the music with us and we will have Charlotte,NC booked again!
To all the bands that were booked, please understand there was a good reason to pull out of the club! Ones that know us know what we are about and if we are not there its for a good reason. Ones that don't know us ask around, you'll find out we are for the bands and the music! No one will screw any of the bands we book!!!! If you talk to the club about keeping the date are plan on doing a show there just rember WE WARNED YOU........ To all of J&T bands please work with us on this!
