The Skinny was originally open from 2.11.00 - 2.11.03, at 625 Congress Street in Portland (where GENO'S is now located). The new space is located at 575 Congress Street in the old First National Bank building. New location but the same philosophy, comfortable atmosphere, eclectic music and performances with the emphasis on locals as always.
At present, The Skinny will re-open in the summer of 2007. We will feature a restaurant on the ground level with a small bar and lounge and a live arts performance space on the 2nd floor.
