A long time ago when I chose thoughtlessly my monika Skizzo Franick (coming from schizophrenic) I didn't knew that it will fit perfectly to my future way of living. It is not only that I produce music ranging from singer/songwriter stuff (www.malaxe.com) to film music, and all kinds of electronic music. It is also that I write a dissertation but I can't write 2 sentences without 3 spelling mistakes. Everytime I order something in a restaurant I know that I will regret my order 1 minute later. And I hate jogging but I do it 5 times a week...

Making music is one way or my way to ask the big questions like "where do we come from?", "where do we go?" and "what is life all about?". Words are very limited in expressing things as they are dependent on general definitions. On the one hand, I am a scientist and therefore I need to, or better to say, I do think very rational. On the other hand, I am an artist and beeing creative has nothing to do with being rational - so far as I know... So being creative and being rational at the same time is sometimes weird and doesn't make you happy all the time. But it opens doors to the twilight zones.
