About me: I played in a THRASH METAL band called LETHAL CREED and later FORCED PSYCHOSIS from about 1984 to the early 90s in the SF Bay Area. Go to myjonesmusic to hear Lethal Creed - The Demo, Forced Psychosis - The Time of the End and I also have some stuff I played on called The Brothers Shred and another band called Rude Druids at this same site. So just do a search for any of these at this site:
http://www.myjonesmusic.com/index.html
Lethal Creed opened shows for Megadeth, Anthrax, Testament, Death Angel, Forbidden Evil, Possessed, Fuhrer and a few bands I'm probably forgetting. Rude Druids opened a fairly large gig for Keanu Reeves' band Dogstar. While I was in a band called Kevin Crider and the Critters we opened shows for The Outlaws, Molly Hatchet, Foghat and we had Davey Pattison of Gamma join us onstage to sing Ready For Some Action and Voyager (there are pics from this gig in the Bay Area Bands Magazine folder on my pics page). Eventually I will post a video of this on youtube.
The first band I was ever in back in 1983 was called Isolation and we opened gigs for the Mentors and The Assassins .
I published a fanzine called Bay Area Bands/Bay Area Literary & Art Periodical for three years. Interviewees included, but are not limited to: Henry Rollins, Marilyn Manson, Ice T, The Offspring, Sugar Ray, The Melvins, Shotgun Messiah, Fishbone, Ronny Montrose, Davey Pattison, Keanu Reeves, Gary Numan, Dread Zeppelin, Led Zepagain, Ray Bradbury, Ray Harryhausen, John Landis, Forrest Ackerman (Famous Monsters of Filmland RIP), Bob Wilkins (Host of Creature Features RIP) just to name a few of the persons whose words and pics graced the pages of BAB/BLAP. I posted scans of the covers and some pages and photos from every issue of both Zines (Bay Area Bands Magazine and Bay Area Literary and Art Periodical) and all the bands I've played with in the albums on my pics page, so check it out. If you see an issue of the magazine, or hear a demo tape that you'd like to get a copy of, feel free to contact me and we'll figure out a way to get it to you. Be sure to check out the PICS of all this. . . Stuff (Click on the pics link on the left side of the page)!
I'll be updating this site periodically with band pictures and some more videos, so it'll change quite a bit from time to time. Below you can check out a few videos of music I played/sang on. If for whatever reason a video doesn't play/load good enough for you to watch on this page, go to youtube and look it up, OK?
Thanks again to everyone!

too long ago to remember where the tape is or went - tape trading was a means of hearing new bands and copies of copies was low fi but every bit sacred. wish I could help - don't know if someone one the forum might be able to help out or not will have to ask around - hope to see you hang out with us.
heard some of your material from past bands through people I've meet over the years that are familiar with the bay area. would be great to see you come hang out at the commonwealth forum (metal / thrash/ death, etc ... plus other things of interest.
That would be fantastic if Japan did another tour or came out with a new album, but I don't actually represent the band and haven't heard of any news like that, but I'll update you on anything new if it arises.
