Grubun temelleri vokal Feyyaz Efe ve baterist Taypan Erduran tarafindan atildi. Gruba daha sonra ritim gitarist Tolga Güler ve Lead gitarist Alper Göynüsen dahil oldu. SKULL OF DOOM Death Metal tarzindaki coverlarla provalarina basladi. Bir Süre bass gitaristsiz calisan SKULL OF DOOM'a bass gitarist olarak Karcan dahil oldu. SKULL OF DOOM tam kadrosunu olusturdukdan kisa bir süre sonra zaman problemi yasayan lead gitarist Alper gruptan ayrildi. Bu durum karsisinda SKULL OF DOOM tarzini biraz degistirerek Brutal Death Grind besteleriyle calismaya basladi. Henüz yeni gruba katilan Karcan Ural okulu nedeniyle gruptan ayrildi.Kisa süren bass gitarist ariyisindan sonra kadroya Doguhan Korkut bass gitarist olarak eklendi.Yarım sezonluk bir çalısmadan sonra özel nedenlerden dolayı Doguhan Korkut gruptan ayrılmak zorunda kaldı.1-2 ay kadar yeni basscısını arayan SKULL OF DOOM bu süre zarfı içinde Cem Tankal Gruba dahil oldu.Cem Tankal'da mesleki hayat geregı gruptan uzaklastırılmak zorunda kaldı.Grup bu süre zarfı içerisinde ilk e.p si EXECUTİON'ı kaydetti Bass gitarist sıkıntısı içerisinde çalışmalarına devam eden Skull Of Doom'a kayıtlarda Yetkin Taşkın katkıda bulundu.Grupta bass gitarist sıkıntısını gideren isim ise Gökalp Namlisoy oldu ve Skull Of Doom bu kadroyla calısmalara tum hızıyla devam etmekte ....
