i love music. it's the reason i exist and i consider myself first and foremost a musician. i think that music is the ultimate personal expression utilizing artistic measures. to love music is to appreciate all of it, so i'm not picky. but i do have a "select few" on my playlist as of right now... scroll to see 'em all!
I really like strong lyrics, strong vocalists, and strong female artists like Tori Amos, Amy Lee from Evanescence, Sheryl Crow, Fiona Apple, Kelly, etc., too.
I'm always open to new music, offer suggestions.

certain shades of green, they makes me sick; cliques and clichés; long lines everywhere i go; minimum wage (i think we should all be millionaires); teeny-boppers and their music; starbucks, walmart, and mcdonalds-- for their globalization schemes and for-profit scandals; campaigns that are anti-drug, anti-smoking, anti-sex... the world is full of "anti" everythings... so i’m anti-that, fuck that; authority in general, particularly the government...; george bush and his team of neo-nazis (sorry republicans!); not being able to make up my mind about anything; the death penalty; old women in the porn industry; the fact that murphy's law only applies to me; steroids, they make people look and act disgusting; the fact that I'm gonna die eventually and I will never accomplish everything I wanted to have done...

i know it's human nature to judge people; pick your friends, choose your enemies. however, it's like this-- if you judge me based on what you know of me from a webpage, then you have serious issues that need to be addressed... and i'll refuse to speak to you. i won't pick fights, i can't stand people who do.
i like people who know themselves, and are real, genuine people... it doesn't matter what 'clique' or label you give yourself. PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE, WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!
