Singer-songwriter/guitarist looking for musicians to form a band that plays groove-oriented, hooky music with an edge. I'm looking for a drummer, bassist, keys/programmer, or multi-instrumentalists.
These are some of my songs, recorded on Garageband with canned beats and no bass. The sound gives a general idea of the direction I'd like to go, but I'm open to any sonic possibilities that arise from collaboration. Mostly I'm looking for musicians who are smart, art-minded, and want to play music that moves the spirit, mind, and ass.
JFJO returns to Boston on October 10th with a LATE night at the Blue Note! This is JFJO's last trip east in 2008. Right after the show the guys head for a plane to Europe where they will travel to England, Ireland, Scotland, Netherlands, Germany, and Sweden!
