Can't wait to get back to the lab. I just landed some audio work operating soundboard for a play at a Playhouse in Trenton. I am being paid $3500 as an engineer and credited in the Program under Sound Production. I'm so excited! It also looks like I'll be working with a studio in Trenton as an Assistant Engineer. I have so much knowledge to thank you for. The information you provide really comes together when your faced with real world audio problems. It is a hard trade to learn without direct involvement. I am(surprisingly) holding my own. I will let you know when I free up some time. I hope everything has been good with you.

I have to admit; i was impressed with your studio, on a variety of levels.
I've been in many studios, and have seen a spectrum of different set ups. Your studio has an cozy feel to it.
I had no trouble feeling comfortable (the coffee helped ALOT; thanks, by the way.)
Too many times I've been to others, and though the sound engineers knew what they were doing, they were kind of...cold. All business, little personality. And their studios, though visually stimulating, were sterile. Completely bereft of any kind of vibe.
Not only does Dan have a familiar friendliness to him, but he doesn't hold back with imagination and creativity.
He is someone who genuinely seems to enjoy what he does.
You will be seeing alot of us in the near future.
And by the way: It was a pleaure to finally meet the both of you.

Just wanted to say the classes and sessions at Skylab are great. I'm learning more than I ever could in a classroom. I feel that being exposed to all the different situations and genres of music at the studio is preparing me well for a career in the music biz. Thanks!

The few times I recorded I felt pretty uncomfortable and shakey but the studio and how easy everything was Lifted my spirits a little towards the whole recording process...Thanks again and i'll keep in touch when I have more things planned out and ready.
