Skylar's Dream is an acoustic duo from CT which formed in October of 2003 when Alex was playing some of his songs for Caroline. On a hunch Alex said, "So by any chance...can you sing?" Caroline then belted out the chorus to the song "Play With Fire" and ever since the two have been making music.
Recently the duo made released their first full length album (A Parting Gift), through Right Eye Records, where bands like Your Day Strong and Welcome Home Travis first got their start. Buy it at interpunk.com or smartpunk.com!
*Skylar's Dream has shared the stage with national bands such as The Spill Canvas (Sire Records), Watashi Wa (Tooth & Nail Records), Hidden In Plain View (Drive Thru Records), This Day and Age(111 Records), Waking Ashland, Just Surrender, and many more.

So, i haven't listened/thought about you guys in forever but today i was in my car listening to the spill canvas and my friend and i got out at mc donalds and i looked at my friend robin who loved "a tourist in your own town" more than me (which is a lot) and i said "hey angel guess what i miss you." and she freaked out and we got mad that somehow the song went away from my ipod. but i just wanted to say hey.
Hey whats up? really feeling your music. You got some good vibes coming from here. I'm not sure if you checked out my music yet, Have a pretty similar style. Let me know what you think of my new song called "Keep Movin' On", Hope everything is good, Take it Easy
