Laura Odette Sáenz,Vocals
Born and raised in New York City by two successful musicians, Laura Odette Sáenz devotes herself to the creative arts, especially music, drama, and dance. Studying dance and piano by the age of five, Laura soon pursued interests in flute, drama, and voice and began gigging in New York at the age of fifteen. This led her to perform with the New York Swing Society, Dream Team, and Steven Scott Orchestras in venues such as Irving Plaza and Jack Rose. Laura is an accomplished classical vocalist as well as a jazz singer, with debuts in Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in 2002, performing the role of Oberto in Handel's Alcina. She has also performed solos in Bernstein's Chichester Psalms, Orff's Carmina Burana, and Vivaldi’s Gloria. Laura graduated from The Boston Conservatory in 2006, and is currently working the audition circuit in New York while performing regularly with various bands. She has also done television work for A&E, the Fox Family Channel, and Children’s Television Workshop, as well as extensive theatre work.
Jason Felitto:
Jason Felitto’s piano study began at age five with Alouette Hedges in Fairfield, Connecticut. As he continued to study and perform, he participated in many competitions, and won first prize in Bronxville, New York’s prestigious Littmann Music Competition. His studies in New York also include The Manhattan School Of Music where in addition to his piano studies, he studied String Bass with Linda McKnight. While studying at MSM, he was co-principle of the Senior Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Jonathan Strasser. His other orchestral memberships included the Boston Conservatory Orchestra, under the direction of Johnathan Feldman, and the Principle Orchestra of the Greater Bridgeport Symphony Youth Orchestra, under the direction of Robert Genualdi. His piano studies continued with Sima Kustanovich at Camp Encore/Coda in Sweden, Maine. In preparation for college auditions, he studied with Paul Klein, an adjunct music professor at Yale. Jason received his B.M. in Piano Performance from The Boston Conservatory, where he studied with Janice Weber and was a finalist in the Conservatory’s Honors Competition. During his college career, Jason performed many recitals around the New England area. Venues included the Pequot Music Club in Southport, CT, 1st Unitarian Church in New Haven, CT, and various community service locations. His extensive educational background includes teaching piano lessons privately for 9 years and Bass for 6 years. He is currently in his 4th season as Faculty at the Instrumental Music Schools of Carlisle and Concord Music program in Concord MA, and has been teaching in Newton, MA since 2004. He is also a member of the Musika Music teacher group. (musikalessons.com) While teaching in Concord, Jason began accompanying vocalists and instrumentalists. This expanded to performing duo recitals, as well as accompanying for recitals and competitions. He still maintains his solo repertoire by performing regularly at weddings, graduations, awards ceremonies, and many other functions. Jason is a member of the Honors Chamber Program at both South Shore Music and the Hartt School of Music. He is also a nine-year member of the Pequot Music Club, the National Piano Playing Auditions of the American College of Musicians, and the Tri-M National Music Society.
Christopher Montecalvo, Drums and Percussion
Chris Montecalvo, from Smithfield, Rhode Island, has a passion for rhythm and the visual arts. At the Art Institute of Boston, Chris studied with many well-known New England artists, including Nathan Goldstein and Tom Barrett. As a versatile artist of many trades, Chris makes artwork with Sidewalk Sam and plays at a Gospel Church in Boston. As a percussionist and drummer, Chris has played in many groups around the Providence and Boston areas, including Cramdangle and The Sofa King. Chris currently plays with Dawson and Jason as co-founder of Momentum, a jazz-funk groove ensemble and in The Outside in many venues around Boston.
Dawson Hill, Keyboards and Vocals
Dawson Hill, originally from the countryside of South Paris, Maine, has a love for wide open spaces, music, and the performing and visual arts. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Acting at Emerson College in Boston, Dawson performed lead roles in many productions, including “Where the Wild Things Are” and “The Tale of Two Cities.” Also a commanding pianist and keyboard player, Dawson began studying the piano at age 5 from his mother. Playing music from Gospel church hymns to jazz standards to funk-jazz grooves, Dawson has played in many different venues, including Charles Playhouse and The Middle East. He currently plays concerts at the Milky Way and Matt Murphy’s Pub and other places in Boston with many groups, including Momentum and The Outside.
Daniel Bennett, Saxophones, flute
Daniel Bennett is an active Saxophonist and Composer throughout Boston and the Northeast. Daniel Bennett graduated from the New England Conservatory. He has performed at music festivals in upstate New York, as well as Jordan Hall, Six Flags Darien Lake, Shewan Hall, and other venues throughout Boston and the Northeast. Daniel Bennett just completed a week long tour in Rochester, New York with California-based pianist Mike Dale. Bennett also produces the annual Open Fest for new music in Rochester, New York. The Skyline Quintet is an inventive, modern group consisting of Vocals, Bass, Piano, Drums/Percussion, and Saxophone. The Skyline Quintet plays a wide repertoire of music, from Jazz styles to Dance/Party music. The group plays (but is not limited to) jazz standards, jazz holiday arrangements, dance
favorites, a wide array of Classical
repertoire, the music of today, and more. Artists in the group come from a variety of different artistic backgrounds, each
contributing a unique flavor to the group. The Skyline Quintet plays regularly as the live entertainment group of Odyssey Cruises, which gives dinner cruises around Boston Harbor.

yes, little jac jac is doing much better! haha, it's funny he's only 4 1/2 months old and pretty much knocked out 10 people by giving them "the virus" hahaha! loward...it was bad....miss you....still waiting for the Laura Odette Saenz dvd to get to Allison Odette Pierce Comeaux's house....
