SKYLINE is the story of five hearts that dared to dream big. It’s a tale of five passionate souls who’ve become the quintessential legend of the American dream come true.

In essence, the band is a powerhouse quintet, marked by diversity and an excess of talent, fused as one unit to create an internationally appealing, edgy, urban Pop phenomenon. From the effortless bad boy ways of Erick and the avant-garde wisdom of Vartan, to the party-boy charm of Ryan, the mysterious shyness of Crespatrick, and the boy-next-door, heartthrob appeal of Shad, each member’s talent and unique personality is a force to be reckoned with. Much like their predecessors and inspirations, the Beatles, Boyz II Men, the Temptations, and the Jackson 5, the boys have honed the variety of talents and individual expertise and merged them into one entity. They attribute their band name to entail just that--five young men from five distinct cities spanning the nation, united under one SKYLINE. Ask them about the significance of this name and they'll tell you to look upwards, towards the horizon--it's the peak, where you can't see anything greater. That is SKYLINE.

With originally crafted dog tags around their necks, the boys use this symbol of commitment to enter the unforgiving battle grounds that is the music industry. The tags represent a dedication to the fight in delivering music that transcends what boy bands are stereotypically expected to do. Accompanied with an arsenal of fresh, addictive, and inventive songs, such as the vocally driven, radio-ready “Manish” and the Doo-wop inspired heartbreak tale of “Not the Only One,” the boys have come prepared to change the game. In an industry where artists, especially boy bands, are puppets, SKYLINE is proud to inject Pop consumers with a dose of soul and swagger.

Peeking in through a different lens, SKYLINE is also a tale of brotherhood; a family grounded in unwavering faith--one that's begun weaving together the foundations of an untouchable empire. Having fought through personal pains, tragic losses, and near homelessness, the boys have fallen, endured, and risen together, never having budged their eyesight from the SKYLINE. Fans and supporters alike would attest to the boys' genuine bond, as well as kind nature and knack for exuding humility--a light in an industry overtaken by ego. This, the fans would claim, is what separates SKYLINE from the rest--a force of talent built around integrity, respect, and faith.

When asking the boys about their success, they’ll state that not a single one of them could have foreshadowed such triumph and achievement. Since their conception in September of 2008, they’ve filmed and headlined a campaign for a national commercial with Cricket Wireless, opened for Akon’s protégée, Colby O’Donis, and packed venues to capacity, including the world-renowned House of Blues and Key Club on Sunset Blvd. The most valued accomplishment, however, according to Shad, Vartan, Ryan, Erick, and Crespatrick, has been touching the lives of their fans through music. “It's not about the fame, but the resonating impact of what we do that has changed our fans’ lives. That’s what allows us to live our wildest dreams out loud.” With this, the boys are now ready to take the world by storm and embark on the greatest adventure of their lives.
