I've been a rock musician for nearly 20 years. I have an associates degree from Ohio University - Zanesville in Electronic Media with an emphasis in audio production. I've been working with bands since 2004 on a freelance level, and now the time has come for me to operate my own studio in the Denver area. Aside from working with bands, I'm also the creator and host of The Metal Shop Podcast, which teaches rock and metal studio production techniques.
I have a standard package that I give to all my clients. If you record with me, you'll get the following:
Data CD-R's with all of your multi-track files in .wav format
An audio CD of your mixes that will be playable in any CD player
Data CD-R's of your mixes in both .wav format and .mp3 format, including a separate set of mixes in .mp3 format that will be given a quick mastering treatment for use on myspace and other internet purposes (this is not a pro mastering job, just a quick attempt to boost the levels so it matches professionally mastered material. Sorry, I'm not a mastering engineer, and I feel that it can only be done right by a dedicated mastering engineer.)
We'll tweak it until it's right. That means that if there's a problem you have with a mix, I'll take care of it. Period. (If you are the type who is never satisfied and keeps sending mixes back for tweak after tweak after tweak, additional charges may apply due to the extra workload involved with getting your project right. That will be evaluated on a per case basis.)

Brandon's work is the best kept secret that musician's and artist have yet to discover. Brandon of Skyline Studios in Colorado is a magnificent recording engineer and mix down cat. i was completely pleased with his choices on my recordings, and felt that his sensibilities were right on. The fact that he came to the mountain to record allowed for time and intimacy which helped to create a whole other vibe on the music. i would recommend Skyline to anyone wanting a quality and professional sounding recording. This is a new studio, so be patient with the business aspects.
