skypunx guitar player sounds like a british/german singasong writer with a little bit folk influence , a metal drummer with a killer punch, and a strange guy who loves to kiss his fretless bass delivering a great smooth deeptone roar. some call it urban speed folk, you may call it metalfolk, too.

SKYPUNXSTORY
Gegründet weil Mark von SUBCOOLTOURS Geburtstag hatte, und deshalb auch Schuld ist daß es uns gibt. ER ist schuld….
So setzte Velvet Paw dem Sky einen abgebrochenen Drumstick an die Schläfe und drohte zuzustoßen, sollte der nicht endlich aus seinem Keller auf die Bühne kommen.
OK, Skypunx war gegründet: Harri-Gitarri, seineszeichens begnadeter Gitarrist, würgte Anfangs den Bass und Velvet prügelte seine Drums.
Jetzt macht das Bambam unsere Metalmachine, den Sky beim Bierdosenstechen so richtig kennenlernte, natürlich auf einem der legendären Bauernhoffestln.
Velvet Paw kramte seinen Fretlessbass und sein Talent hervor und bewies sich als wahres Samtpfötchen.

SKYPUNXSTORY IN ENGLISH
The band was founded, because of SUBCOOLTOURS Marc’s birthday…and that’s the reason why we blame marc for our existence…it’s all Marc’s fault, blame him…
Velvet Paw occured a broken drumstick to Sky’s temple and forced him that way to leave his cellar and go on stage.
So Skypunx was founded: Harri-Gitarri, an awesome guitar player played bass and Velvet were bashing his drums.
Now BAMBAM, our metalmachine, is playing the drums. Sky and Bambam met under heavy drinking conditions at a party on the subcooltours-farm.
Velvet Paw dug out his fretless bass, guess why we call ‘em velvet paw!

This is Skypunx , our friend Anton calls it “URBAN SPEED FOLK”…
