The Slack Dads are a loose collective of DJs who should be old enough to know better. With age comes wisdom and a musical policy aimed firmly at the mature b-boy, the retired raver and the refined eclectic.
A Slack Dad night promises nuff old gits on the decks - Mixless, Bad Dad, D Triple J (if you're lucky) and Nice Touch Nick (if you're very lucky) - playing proper hip hop, house, d’n’b, breaks, indie, disco, funk, ska and anything else we fancy from back in the day - only the best needs reviving.
Obviously, venues are chosen where seating can be expected for our old legs. Strictly no dress code, but Kickers, big fat white sneakers, or the pipe-n-slippers look will gain you great respect and instant access.
