About me: I'm loyal to my friends, and passionate about the things that bring me life. I take a book to the movies, because I get bored during those twenty minutes before the picture starts. I like roadtrips, but not necessarily driving for long periods of time. I'm good at my job, and I think I've finally made peace with the thought of staying with one job for thirty years or more. I think, if forced, I'd choose having meaning over having security (but I'm afraid of putting that notion to the test). I feel too often like God's bumbling idiot-child, which makes me all the more thankful He hasn't given up on me. I've made more mistakes than I can remember, and hurt more people that I like to recall. I talk a good game, but I never mastered follow-through. I can write "about me" paragraphs that make me sound more interesting than I really am. And that's not saying much.
Who I'd like to meet: Bono, Ben Folds, Adam Duritz, Don Chaffer, and Dan Haseltine; Masi Oka, Keifer Sutherland, Allison Mack, and John Cusack; Ryne Sandberg, Mario Lemeuix, and Derrek Lee; and Douglas Coupland, Stephen King, and Frank Peretti. Just off the top of my head.
I'm WAY too into flair. So much that I get frustrated that the board is too small...so I supplement with bumper stickers which do not have a search function and are much more vulgar than flair. I've reverted to teenage-hood as well. In fact, I made an 18-year-old BFF from my church on Facebook. If she was 10 years older, we'd be best friends for reals.
ME TOO! I blame my husband who works with 19-year-olds. We totally need to be friends, but I don't know your last name. Maybe my zombie can fight your zombie...because let's face it, I KNOW you have the Zombie App. :)
Hey man! I went to late service today and forgot you changed times for class. I was sad and needed to say that I missed you. J and I are having a small get together Sunday after church for his birthday if you want to come over.
