Prvi autorski nosač zvuka objavio 1984. godine – album „Pobjednici smrti“ s grupom Karizma, s kojom 1987. godine objavljuje i drugi album "Ako sam već rijeka".
Do sada je kao skladatelj, aranžer, studijski glazbenik ili producent realizirao više od 70 albuma (računajući i kompilacije). Najveći dio je s područja duhovne ili instrumentalne glazbe: Kefa, Jukić, Tau, Apostoli mira, Glasnici nade, Misterij, Navještenje, Hosana, Alfa, Davor Terzić, Kefa Stijena, Zajednica mladih Knežija, Zvonko Palić, Ivo Fabijan, Sv. Barbara, zajednica mladih sv. Maksimilijana Trnovčica, Arabeske, Anima, Stepinčeva mladež, , Mirjam, Frama Tomislav Grad, Omega i drugi.
Pored skladbi komponirao je i nekoliko većih glazbenih djela :
- "Slike iz Hrvatske", neoklasična suita u 24 stavka (1997. godine).
- Musical "Zaljubljeno voće i povrće" na tekst Ane Horvat (1999. godine).
- Musical "Sarajevski krug" u kojem sam s Dinom Zonićem koautor aranžmana u sedam skladbi te glazbe u dvije. Tekstove za musical su napisali Rade Čikeš Medan, Edin Dino Zonić i Mustafa Tanović.
- Glazbu za album „Čovjek i Bog iz Nazareta“ na kome Glumci u Zagvozdu (Anja Šovagović Despot, Bojana Gregorić, Sanja Marin, Vedran Mlikota, Ivo Gregurević i Goran Navojec) recitiraju stihove Marka Pandurevića. Album je dobio Porina 2008 godine za najbolji album duhovne glazbe.

- "Pictures from Croatia", the neoclassical suite in paragraph 24 (published in 1997. Year).
- Musical "Love fruits and vegetables" to the text of Ana Horvat (1999. Year).
- In musical "Sarajevo circle" together with Dino Zonićem co-author of the package in seven
songs and music in two. Lyrics for musical jsu write Rade Cikes Medan, Edin
Dino Zonic and Mustafa Tanovic.
- Music for the album "God and Man of Nazareth" in which Actor to Zagvozd (Anja Šovagović Despot, Bojana Gregorić, Sanja Marin, Vedran Mlikota, Ivo Gregurevic and Goran Navojec) show versify Mark Pandurevic. The album has received Porin (Croatian Music Awards) in 2008 for best album of spiritual music.
Influences
Pored skladateljskog i obrađivačkog (aranžerskog) rada bavi se i pisanjem. U listu „Status“ vodio dvije kolumne: Midi glazba te Popularna duhovna glazba u Hrvatskoj.
Također je objavljivao tekstove i u listovima: Mega Muzika, Tam tam, Glas Koncila, Sveta Cecilija, Spectrum i drugi.
Do sada je objavio dvije pjesmarice duhovnih pjesama :
- Svi slavimo Gospodina izašla u tri izdanja (Jelsa 1986., 1987. te 1995. godine)
- Uskrsna pjesmarica Zagreb 1994. godine
- urednik izdanja pjesmarice s Uskrs festa od 2002 godine
Urednička djelatnost:
U lipnju 1998. godine na Hrvatskom katoličkom radiju pokrenće emisiju Sacro ritam, a par godina kasnije postaje i urednikom glazbenog programa na istom radiju te s ponosm ističe da je HKR radio s najviše (čak 19 autorskih glazbenih emisija raznih žanrova – rock, latino, domaći noviteti, duhovna, klasična.
Nagrade:
Više puta osvajao nagrade na festivalima duhovne glazbe Uskrs fest i Framafest.
Godine 2004. dobiva posebno priznanje za 30 godina bavljenja duhovnom glazbom.
Za autorski i urednički rad dobio nekoliko nominacija za diskografsku nagradu Porin. Porina osvojio 2008. godine za album „Čovjek i Bog iz Nazareta“ za kojieg je skladao autorsku glazbu na stihove Marka Pandurevića. Stihove govore Glumci u Zagvozdu (Anja Šovagović despot, Bojana Gregorić, Sanja Marin, Vedran Mnlikota, Ivo Gregurević i Goran Navojec).
Slavko Nedić, skladatelj, aranžer, urednik glazbenog programa Hrvatskog katoličkog radija (HKR). Redoviti član je Hrvatskog društva skladatelja (HDS) te član prvog razreda Hrvatske glazbene unije (HGU). Umjetnički direktor Uskrs festa, najstarijeg hrvatsstskog festivala duhovne glazbe te Stepinčevih nota, četverodnevnog festivala duhovne glazbe koji se održava u Koprivnici.
