Slay That Dog's Key Events Timeline

January 07 - STD formed.
April 07 - Charlie Howard joins as vocalist.
May 07 - First gig (Jikes Hall, Essex).
December 07 - "STD" EP recorded at the Hellfire Studios (Cottage), Birmingham.
January 08 - First self promoted gig at Man on the Moon, Chokehold headliner.
March 08 - Rhodes Battle of the Bands, Bishop Stortford. Came 3rd but were banned from the venue as our pits destroyed the anti-drug displays. Also received our first interview.
April 08 - Cambridge Battle of the Bands at the Barfly. Finish a strong last, were robbed of the beer cheer due to petty licensing laws but were booked to support Bury Tomorrow.
June 08 - Only underage band to EVER play the Turks in Reading.
July 08 - Our very own chaotic garage gig.
August 08 - Support Trigger the Bloodshed.
November 08 - Support Annotations of an Autopsy.
December 08 - Charlie Howard leaves STD.
December 08 - "Hellfire Sessions" EP recorded at Hellfire Studios (Metal Factory), Birmingham.
April 09 - Twitch joins STD as new vocalist.

We are proud to announce that BLACK ARROWS, Southend's TRUEST metal night, will gloriously return to Southend on Saturday 24th October at the Railway Hotel - our finest venue yet!
