Band Biography:

The SLEAFORD UKULELE ORCHESTRA was formed in late 2007 by Chris Watson for a bit of fun. Based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, the orchestra currently has eleven musicians playing a variety of instruments from the ukulele family. We have already played a number of successful shows around the Lincolnshire area - see our REVIEWS AND COMMENTS OF OUR SHOWS blog, and we are available for bookings in 2012.

We may be an orchestra but do not expect an evening of instrumentals. We play an eclectic selection of music from Johnny Cash to Labi Siffre, The Beatles to Beethoven, and Elvis to Enya. We even throw in the odd jazz number!
