YES!!!! After 5 years of playing out, I finally managed to find someone sober enough to take some video of us! SO .... here ya go .... a live performance of Led Zeppelin's How Many More Times from yesterday's (03-01-2007) show at Cook's Corner in Trabuco Canyon, CA. A little info on the band members' history, as written by our own Rick Brown (and embelished/edited by me :-) ):

The musicians in this band are all seasoned players. Rick, the founding member, originally from Oklahoma, has played with a few bands since the early 80s and used to do a lot of headlining in Phoenix with a band he formed there called "Din Ripper" before moving out here and starting "Sleazy Sweet". The Beatles and CCR were Rick's biggest early influences. Then came the 80's, and to this day, it's still his fave decade! Bullet Boys, Cinderella, Poison, Tesla, Scorpions, Kingdom Come, etc all kick ass in Rick's mind. And they do!

Julian is a well-schooled musician from the Midwest, having earned a music degree in college. He's played various instruments in musicals, orchestras, jazz bands and country bands as well as rock and numerous cover bands, before making Sleazy Sweet his new home. He (jokingly) claims that Geddy Lee was his student. He's been with the band on and off for over five years.
******************************************************************** Dennis is back!! Will post more info on him ASAP, but as he was our drummer before, many of you may already know him. He's bringing that heavy beat with him, so come check us out!
******************************************************************** Erik grew up in Canada and is the silent partner and unsung hero of the band, He's been with the band over four years, and has many job titles including "Sound Engineer", Stage Lighting & Effects Tech", "Crew Chief", but now he spends more time onstage as rhythm guitarist than at the controls. Erik picked up his first guitar at the age of 5, but his rock and roll experience started at the tender age of two when, in 1968, his parents bought a new stereo and recorded some CCR, Steppenwolf and The Who. So much for Glenn Campbell, Buffy Ste Marie and Strauss Waltzes! Since then, Erik's biggest influences were bands such as Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Boston, and when the punk movement came, he was ready for that too! In Erik's opinion, if it's good, he likes it, and if it's Good Ol-Fashioned Down-And-Dirty In-Your-Face Rock-And-Roll, he LOVES it! Check out a Seattle punk band called Zeke for Erik's most recent influence!
******************************************************************** Razor is a buddy of ours that we have come in and sing some songs, he is best known for coming in and doing Judas Priest covers. Razor was the vocalist with the 80's Metal band BATTLEAXE and loves coming in and getting all SLEAZY with us! Pretty much guaranteed that if you come see a SLEAZY SWEET show, THE RAZE will be there and on stage banging his head!
******************************************************************** Stan Biggs, unfortunately, had some difficulties with work, and we decided that we needed to let him go. His job is, and should be, more important, and we wish him the best in everything. Come to our gigs, and maybe you might get to see him sit in on a song or two every now and them, if he's amenable.
