I just recently had two sleep studies(5-1-09&5-7-09). I have trouble with my breathing right in the beginning before rem sleep. I was just wondering if doctor talked to you what to you next about getting a machine. I also take mask off in my sleep and turn the machine too. Without the machine and mask feel tired all the time.
