About me:
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Toronto, Canada. I am a fine artist/illustrator currently based in Toronto, Canada. I've always been been and always will be drawing and painting. The themes in my current work deals with the concept of inner emotions and a dark sense of innocence. One of the noticeable influence in my work is Japanese animation and manga, as I grew up in an asian culture, where almost every kid would be holding a comic book to almost anywhere. My other influences includes but not limited to, digital paintings, ‘low brow’ art, old Japanese woodblock prints, music, and other asian symbols. I will be graduating from Sheridan college’s BAA illustration program in April 2008.
