I play bass guitar for a couple of different bands. At the moment I'm with the jazz band Close Quarters (www.closequarters.org.uk) and the worship team at St. Julian's Baptist Church in Newport, South Wales (www.sjbaptist.com). I also very rarely like to play a short solo bass set, this is something I'm trying to expand.....watch this space!

In the past I've played for a variety of rock bands including 3rd Day Rising and Third World Cafe.

The tracks I've uploaded are solo or duo (or even trio) bass compositions that I have recorded at home using my Status S2 Classic six-string bass and the Apple software Garageband. I'm currently working on putting together a set of tracks that I can play live as a soloist, using loops and effects, so I'm replacing some of the tracks here with new pieces from that set. The first of these is "Sleeping Planet", there's also a video of me playing that track live in my videos.
