Makes A Great GIFT! Just In Time For The HOLIDAYS!
eshe is Swahili for life. My mission is to promote the life of beautiful, healthy hair. I created these sets because I got tired of tying my hair too tight only to have my scarf fall off by morning. I realized most of my girlfriends had the same issue and decided to make something with my girls in mind! So I came up with a matching set and they had to come in luscious colors! So I started eshe this year with the launch of the website. Finally! (I have been working on this concept for something like 6 short years. When you find something that pulls you in and seems to propel you through the process, time flies! I have definately found my passion! So don't give up! Remember: A bend in the road is not the end of the road -- unless you fail to make the turn.) I have been sacrificing a lot for a long time, but I feel blessed to be able to do this. I really appreciate the support & kindness of friends and strangers!
eshe products were recently part of the celeb gift swag at the Teddy Pendergrass Alliance Gala on June 10th! Very excited about participating in my first hair event, The Do What It Do Salon/Stylist Network Bash in Boston on July 15th. I am new to this so any advice and feedback is welcome!
Love my family and really miss New Orleans. I'm talking about the original N'Awlins- B.K.- because it will never be the same. All y'all in 504 keep ya heads up! Damn. If you've never been- you just don't know. Best childhood memories ever- thank you Maw Maw & Paw Paw!- RIP
p.s.- so many of the employees of the local new orleans newspaper lost their jobs after already losing homes, family and friends. when the population of new orleans deteriorated to 20 percent the paper had no readership and no work for its employees. you can make a donation at www.friendsofthetimespicayune.com
Who I'd like to meet:
I see you- but it ain't that kind of party... I'm doing me right now- you mind?!
I am here to introduce eshe to people, learn and meet positive, interesting, creative people. I hope that you will tell friends, family and clients to use eshe to protect their hair and maintain their style!
People I haven't met: Oprah Winfrey (I want to be one your favorite things, girl!!!); Russell Simmons- branding extraordinaire; Al Gore (again- but this time to discuss global warming!); Ray Nagin (to hear what is REALLY going on/needs to happen from his perspective); Tyler Perry because his story moves me; Quincy Jones- he's just so damn cool...

The Domino Effect is a star-studded tribute concert celebrating the life and influence of rock and roll legend Fats Domino. Musical legends from far and wide are gathering in New Orleans for one historic night to pay tribute to Fats and his feats throughout his lifetime. A portion of the proceeds from this music extravaganza will benefit the Brees Dream Foundation bettering local playgrounds and outdoor recreation sites for the children of New Orleans. May 30th, New Orleans Arena.
Thanks for the add. Check out the music and let us know what you think. We rather let the music do the talking for us instead of spamming advertisements.
