   Elizabeth's Blurbs
About me:
I'm quite optimistic despite the things I might say. I just want to be happy and take pleasures from the little things in life like the feeling of the sun on your skin, when the stars twinkle, going to the grocery store. . .I love food! Two of my favorite words (to say, not for meaning) are "crepuscule" and "prestidigitateur." I think there's a beautiful quality in everyone. Life is like one long movie to me and I'm tired of writing the cheesy script!
Who I'd like to meet:
I already know some of the coolest people! But I'm willing to meet anyone who's willing to be a friend.

Hey!
Well, marathon time is almost here! If you haven't heard, I'm running the San Diego Rock 'n' Roll marathon on June 3 with Team In Training, which is an organization that benefits The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I'm running in memory of my friend, angel, and hero, Courtney Nicole Davis. Courtney was diagnosed with leukemia when we were in high school and relapsed in May 2006. She earned her pink angel wings on November 14, 2006 due to complications after a bone marrow transplant, but her story is still making a huge impact around the world. On marathon day she'll be flying above me pulling me towards that finish line... especially around mile 23-24 when I feel as if 26.2 will NEVER come :) GOOD NEWS about marathon day, too- the Team In Training Connecticut Chapter jersey's will all be honoring Courtney. This means that for race day events in Florida, Vermont, Fairfield, Lake Tahoe, and San Diego, over 250 Connecticut participants will be wearing jersey's that say, "In Memory of Courtney Nicole Davis." We're ALL running for her! For more information on Courtney or to read the blog her family has kept, go to her website at: http://www.freewebs.com/courtneynicole

THANK YOU ALL!!!!!! Thanks to generous supporters LIKE YOU I have raised $4,290 so far! My personal goal was $4,200 so you have all helped me get far beyond that! I can't thank you all enough. The money you have generously donated is being used to find cures for blood cancers and to improve the lives of patients and their families. Your continued prayers have also been a great support to my training- thank you! If you haven't had the chance to donate yet, there's still time! I will acce

Hi all,
Many of you know about my next challenge. If you haven't heard, I'm running yet another marathon- but this time it's for a cause. I'm running with Team In Training, which is an organization that benefits The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. On June 3, 2007, I'll be running the San Diego Rock 'n' Roll Marathon with TNT in memory of my friend, angel, and hero, Courtney Nicole Davis. Courtney was diagnosed with leukemia when we were in high school and relapsed in May 2006. Her courageous spirit has inspired me to do everything I can to help find a cure for blood cancers and other childhood diseases. Although Court earned her wings on November 14, 2006, her story is still making a huge impact all over the world. Visit her website at: http://www.freewebs.com/courtneynicole. With YOUR HELP we can beat this terrible disease! Please consider making a minimum donation of $25 on my secure website: http://www.active.com/donate/tntct/TLTaylor. Your generous contribution will go directly to helping The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's mission to find a cure for blood cancers and improve the lives of patients and their families. Every dollar counts! Thank you so much for your support.

For more information, please contact me and I'll be happy to help!
Love,
Theresa

Don't you worry we are taking good care of him and feeding him good italian food. He was watching it flurry out before and was amazed by the snow. It hasn't accumulated to anything yet but time will tell.
