    Hey there! I have a question to ask. I have a coworker who is moving out to the Seattle area Monday. Would you know some good places he could rent out? He needs to find a place to live. He's looking for something close to Seattle downtown if not in it, and wants to try to spend less than $1500/month and also has secured parking. Any ideas?
