    SLOBBERY DOGNOSE do their own Garage Punk since 1990, shortly interrupted by a leaving bassman. Back to their initial style, strength and energy, they still do know how to put melody in their 2 1/2 min. compositions and how to put spirit in their insignificant lyrics. Their unfortunately rare gigs across Germany brought them together with bands like the UK Subs, Johnny Thunders And The Heartbreakers, New Bomb Turks and 999. But where is SLOBBERY DOGNOSEs success and glory? To prove that they are not only gorgious at their live performance, you should listen to their debutsingle MATERIAL, their self-produced low-budget-productions HANDFUL OF SHIT, YOU'VE GOT TO PAY, STAY WILD!, THE GLAMOUR EP, NEW BREED and the latest release LITTLE BITE OF ROCK'N'ROLL or the uncountable contributions on various samplers. Eigentlich sollte der Punkrock ja schon Anfang der 80er begraben werden. Doch jetzt, wo auch der Letzte mitbekommen hat, daß er einfach nicht totzukriegen ist, wächst auch wieder das Interesse an den ausführenden Bands. SLOBBERY DOGNOSE spielen ihren eigenen Garage Punk seit 1990 nur kurz unterbrochen durch den Verlust diverser Bassisten. Stilistisch zu ihrer ursprünglichen Härte und Energie zurückgekehrt, wissen sie aber auch heute noch Melodien in ihre 2 ½ Min. Kompositionen zu weben und Sinn in ihre belanglosen Texte zu legen. Ihre leider raren Auftritte quer durch die Lande führten sie u.a. schon mit Bands wie UK Subs, U.S. Bombs, Sonny Vincent, Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers, New Bomb Turks und 999 zusammen. Dass sie aber nicht nur live etwas zu bieten haben, sondern auch auf Tonträger überzeugen können, beweisen ihre Debütsingle „MATERIAL", die selbst produzierte Low Budget Produktion „Handful of Shit", die CDs „You've Got to Pay!" (2003), „Stay Wild!" (2005), „The Glamour EP" (2006), "NEW BREED" (2010), "LITTLE BITE OF ROCK'N'ROLL" (2011) sowie zahlreiche Samplerbeiträge im In- und Ausland.
