Sloppy Livin‘ is a lithuanian band from Vilnius, which started it's career in fall of 2001, when half of the members of the band PAY NO MIND came to study to Vilnius. At the beginning they tried to play HC about everything, what they see. Later, when new members (reed) came to the band, they started playing punk/ska. In the end of 2002 the recorded their first album „Niekas nei--girs” (“nobody’s gonna hear”) and started to gig. One year later (2003) the band released their second record “Miestas”,(The City) which was recognized by critics as the best work ever of the band during their career. Since 2004 the band started touring across the Europe. They played in Latvia, Estionia, Poland, Czech, Germany. In the end of the same year came out EP “Skirtumai”, (Differenses) which was focused more on punk music as the previous ones. The band continued touring: Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia, Russia …. 2005-2006 the band was working on their 4th record, which disappeared for unknown reasons somewhere in PC. 20.05.2006 the band played their last gig, after which the drumer left the band and move to Irland. Sloppy livin' went in underground and stayed there for 2 years.
Not long ago the band came together. Now they’re rehearsing and working on new songs, which hope to release in summer.So see u soon somewhere…
