Warm Up round for the fall series went great Saturday night.4 inch Nascar was the first race to run on the 65ft tri-oval lots of very fast cars with 9 racers.First place goes to Julie (Queen of the oval)Mountz with 565 laps and a fast time of 1.707 Second place to Dave Decoster with 549 laps.The second race of the night was the 4 1/2 inch Dirt out laws on the oval Great race for anybody who wants to start racing almost the same as FCR. in cost without all the rules!Third race was Indy cars on the 140 ft Hillclimb.only four racers as some of the racers were not ready.Next week will be a full race!And last was the GTP race. on the hillclimb and as is most often the case Dave DeCoster ruled the class. So if your fast and can run on an Tri-oval and a hillclimb bring your best equipment and run with some great competitors. __________________ Build em' Fast! Race em' Hard!
## Monster Mash ## What a party!! Diamond Dave M and Jan teamed up with "P.S.C."(Precision Slot Cars) Jim and Ted ran "Go Army" D.C. and his son-in-law Mike ran the "Ghost Riders". Father and son team Don and Stephen were the "Holly Broncos". Dennis and Mikes "Chicken Chow Duck". Jimbo and Rich had "Disagree". Dave DeCoster and Julie called themselves "Julienator". and John and myself named "Didn't Do It". We Ran two complete races with 5 min. colors. The lights were turned off and the cars had Headlights(some had lots of lights!). We ran the Hillclimb counter clockwise. Some teams chose to alternate drivers each color, and some teams raced each driver 1 complete race. If you weren't driving you had to marshall with a flashlight.
