Slugger O'Toole is an LA-based Celtic trad/rock quintet who share a passion for the drinking, fighting & work songs of Ireland. We hail from the four corners, and were thrown together by our mutual love of the music and culture.
In our underground lair in a Hollywood Hills basement pub, Slugger concocts a lethal brew of foot-stomping classics, deft instrumentals and five-part a cappella killers. Everybody sweats, everybody sings!
Slugger's live shows at the Ford Amphitheatre, the LA County Irish Fair, Molly Malone's, O'Brien's on Main, Tangier and The Banshee have been (favorably) compared to "being punched in the face with a fistful of shamrocks." Slainte!
