The Slum-B-Q has become a sort of annual right-of-passage for Columbus, OH. At the end of each summer we as a music community get together to enjoy each other's company and bid adieu to the thick August air. Many of you already know that Slum-B-Q 4 is all set for Saturday, September 8th inside and outside of the Carabar in Columbus, OH.
What you may not know is that throughout the course of the day we will be staggering over 20+ acts across three stages along with beer, grilled grub, an art bazaar, a P.I.G. basketball tournament and a friggin' dunk tank!
Our headliner, White Rabbits (who have been compared favorably to the Walkmen and Les Savy Fav), recently performed on the Late Show with David Letterman. Their newest album, Fort Nightly, was also named one of the top ten things "to do" this week by Entertainment Weekly Magazine. Pitchfork gave it an 8.1. They should be a lot of fun!
Best of all, the event is FREE and ALL AGES (outside)!!!!!!!!! And beer sales go to charity, so come ready to DRINK!!!!!!!!!!
We'll spend the next few weeks leading up to the Slum-B-Q by rolling out some of the other scheduled performers. If you have any questions get in touch, otherwise enjoy the soothing sounds of...

I remember the first time we came across the Cargolgian Pirates... We were on the fair vessel, "Storm blast", when after battling a fierce hord of mergoyles, we were ran sacked! Though tired from our recent fight we put up a great stand off against the Cargolgian scum..In the end we shared a mug of ale, and stories of booty, rather than fight one another.... Just a pirate story my friends, just a pirate story.
