WHAT IS COOPER BOONE'S SMALL CHANGE BIG PLANET TOUR?:
Cooper Boone's 'Small Change Big Planet Tour' is traveling around the United States, encouraging kids and adults to make a small change in their lives that can collectively make a big impact on the environment. Sponsored by local organizations such as schools and businesses committed to making a difference.
Cooper and his acoustic band will travel to several locations within each city they travel to (including schools, museums, TV/Radio stations and music venues) performing their pop-country songs and spreading the word on a PA system which is run by a stationary bicycle-powered electricity generator! While the audience can take turns riding the bike, they keep the electricity going without ever plugging into an outlet!
Suitable For: All Ages
Requirements: Just a stage! We provide our own PA System, and of course, electricity!
Fee: Please call Will on 212.219.1004 or e-mail: will@cooperboone.com
ABOUT COOPER BOONE:
Cooper Boone is living testimony that country is a place in the heart, not a place on the map. At a very young age Cooper had a calling but it wasn’t music. He wanted to help people through their darkest hours and found that purpose as a therapist. Cooper has worked from the South Bronx to the Upper East Side. He has helped New York families deal with addiction, trauma, obesity and illnesses. From his work with patients in prisons, city projects, hospitals and clinics, Cooper has seen it all…and those stories live in his music.
Coop’s myspace page (www.myspace.com/cooperboonemusic) appears in the top 100 of Indie Country Artists worldwide. He has played to sold-out crowds at The Cutting Room and Crash Mansion in New York City and has also appeared at the National 4th of July Celebration in Washington, DC, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts with Trace Adkins and Nashville’s world famous Wildhorse Saloon at the CMA Music Festival.
This is a big year for Coop. Besides kicking off his Small Change Big Planet Tour in Boston, Cooper will be touring venues up and down the East and West Coasts, including performances at nationally televized NASCAR events and an opening for Country Star Craig Morgan.

"No matter what the weather, tonight’s Small Change/Big Planet Tour will go on!
Country singer Cooper Boone and Ernie Boch Jr. will join Anthony Krizan of the Spin Doctors and Gary Oleyar of Loggins and Messina at Bill’s Bar on Lansdowne Street. The show, which benefits Boch’s Music Drives Us foundation, also will stop at the Thomas Gardner School and the Children’s Museum as part of the effort to encourage kids to make small changes in their lives that, collectively, make a difference for the planet."

"In their hipster hybrid cars, Cooper Boone and his band, including Spin Doctors guitarist Anthony Krizan and fiddle player Gary Oleyar of Loggins & Messina, pulled in to town yesterday. The boys launch their Small Change/Big Planet tour today with shows at The Thomas Gardner School, the Children's Museum, and Bill's Bar. The show's sponsor, the Music Emporium, is making a contribution to Music Drives Us, Ernie Boch Jr.'s foundation that puts instruments and music into schools."
Unimaginable human suffering and mass animal extinction from global warming. A national security nightmare brought on by our dependence on foreign oil. A peak oil crisis threatening economic collapse.
