“The small town concert series is committed to providing top quality in wide-appeal entertainment in local venues from large talent near and far at affordable prices. Our first choice of talent, however, would come from local musicians, as we believe they can be too often an overlooked treasure. We are dedicated to supporting our community with our efforts, and seek continuous improvement as both concert organizers and fundraisers. . . wherever (the talent’s) found, we can have it here, to benefit our small town.” ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Next year, we plan on doing an equal number of musical variety shows with orginal songs from the performers as well as two tributes to excellent songwriters (one celebrating Joni Mitchell in March 2008, and another Cohen tribute in October 2008!). So, I'm Matthew Male; Lauren Agnelli, and I have started this new concert series in our small town of Chester, CT. We'd love for you to come by and check out one (or all) of our shows! We love music, food, the water, the great outdoors, and. . . a good concert! We are starting small, but already have a few events under our belt that we're proud of, and want to do more (we plan to!).
