Music
I love just about all types of music! Always have music playing... Favorite artists/bands: Bowling For Soup (probably my favorite band of all time! Their music is catchy, funny, so it's always entertaining. I sooo want to see them in concert!!((Thank you, Mike, for putting Jaret on the phone at StarJam! Coolest thing ever! Getting to talk to him made up for me missing the concert!)), Stephen Lynch, Maroon 5, Chumbawumba, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Three Days Grace, Shania Twain, Frank Sinatra and the rest of the Rat Pack, Michael Buble, My Chemical Romance, Dixie Chicks, Michel Camillo, Taylor Swift, Billy Joel, Weird Al, Massive Attack, Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews Band, System Of A Down, and Richard O'Brien.
Don't forget! You should check out the band ide and Jess Davis! Both are awesome!
My all time favorite is Labyrinth, followed by The Phantom of the Opera (2004)! But I like a lot of movies! Any movie with the exceptionally hot Gerry Butler is right near the top! Aside from those:
Super Troopers, Shanghai Noon & Shanghai Knight, all the Harry Potter movies, Liar Liar, Bruce Almighty, Pirates of the Carribean 1-3, Secret Window, In the Mouth of Madness (which is one of my all-time favorite scary movies), Rose Red, The Princess Bride, The 10th Kingdom, the M. Night Shyamalan movies (Unbreakable, The Sixth Sense, The Village, Signs, Lady In The Water), Fight Club, The Da Vinci Code, all of the Scary Movies, Not Another Teen Movie, My Big Fat Independant Movie, Dogma, Igby Goes Down, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Big Fish, everything Monty Python, all the Disney cartoons, all the Pixar stuff, and thousands more that I will never think of.
Television
Heroes, House: M.D., CSI, American Idol, Family Guy, South Park.....now if I only had time to watch said shows!
Books
Anything by Stephanie Laurens or Stephen King. Love the Harry Potter and Dragonlance books. The Da Vinci Code, Eragon, Eldest. Anything to do with religion is definitely of interest. : )
"The Shack" by William P. Young is a book I highly recommend. I read it cover to cover one morning and was just very impressed with the writing and the story.
Decided it was time for a new update on here.
Life, as always, is ever changing. My inner circle of friends has changed and that's always a weird thing. However, I have taken it in stride and enjoy the new people I have met.
Because of a certain situation in another's life, I have been realizing how grown up I am. I'm only 26, but am living on my own, in my own place that I bought. I take care of myself and my pets on my own. I am extremely independent and am loath to give up my freedom to be in a relationship. Maybe when the right one comes along...
Soooo, for the time being, I get to focus on me and my life and making sure I stay the independent chick I am. Hopefully, there will be a change coming about soon that will help further that even more. When I know, I will let you know. :)
I'm originally from southern Indiana and I moved to Tennessee in the summer of '98. I am a Night Auditor for Westgate Resorts. So text me at night when I'm bored.
I'm addicted to chapstick (Burt's Bees is like heroine! (not that I know about heroine or anything!)). I love storms and more than anything would like to see a tornado! I have my own house in Sevierville and I love it!
My friends are my world! If you're messing with them, you're messing with me and I will kick your ass over it.
Love to my favorite people, Jenn & baby Jackson, my momma, Ifer & Rodney & their babies, Cody, Aaron, and the gorgeous couple Angela & Dan & their chillens. Love to all the people from the Country Tonite (you are what made my job so fun! Thank you, guys!). Love to the Innovative/PGN boys...I guess. ;)~ Love to Jessica cuz she co-rules the world with me. Yay! And love to everyone else...you know who you are! haha!
Gina O'Neil of Dungeness, England is an amazing artist and wonderful friend! Make sure to check out her site and buy some of her work. 50% of each sale goes to charity! Art from The Firth Quarter!
Who I'd like to meet: The above mentioned Gina O'Neil, sinfully sexy Gerry Butler and his wonderful mum, David Thewlis (such a beautiful accent), multi-talented Jeff Goldblum, Cleopatra (women world-wide could learn a thing or two from her), Ed Norton, Will Ferrel, Tom Hanks, Steve Carell, Rick Rubin (musical genius), and anyone whom I deem interesting enough to care about. I love to meet new people and learn new things, see things from a different point of view.
Groovy (thats my new word coolness, and heavy are my others) I would like to catch up with you and this new feller I'll have to download the YIM so we can talk just try and see if Im online if not I am off tonight so you can text me too.
