Smasher: who hails from East London started out as a DJ on pirate radio 7 years ago at the age of 15 building up confidence at local under 18’s raves, for free, and studying Heartless Crew tdk tapes. Not to long down the line he was recruited as the DJ for “Knightz Of The Round Table” for 3 years he continued his pirate radio passion with the Knightz and built up enough knowledge to tear down any night club abroad or in the u.k .
In 2004 the crew split and each member went there own way to follow there dreams. Fast forward to 2007 Smasher has 4 years producing under his belt and a sound engineering certificate to go with it. At the age of 23 his passion for music is still growing.
After Catching a lot of attention in 2005 with his first single that featured 'Casell the Beatmaker, Demoltion man, Preshus & Jookie Moondo (formally of East Co.)
Come 2006 Smasher linked up with Loudmouth and went on to produce the 2006 burner 'Take My Advice', probabley 1 of the hottest tracks to come out of the u.k scene last year, after being playlisted on bbc1xtra for numerous months and gaining radio play from kiss100,choice fm,radio1,bbc1xtra and of course, the pirates.
Smasher had no intentions of stopping there linking up with partner in crime Lewi White, they have been very busy engineering and recording for artists such as Devlin,No-Lay, Ghetto ,Terra Firma ,Al Blaze, Ny,Ot Crew, Loudmouth,Cris Da Mentalist ,Heartless Crew, Beat Butcha plus many more.
Not only being locked in the Beyond Da Booth studio “The Dojo” 24/7 Smasher still finds time to take care of Dj-ing duty’s flying to Prague to fill in for Terra Firmas infamous DJ skully to DJ for Klashnekoff, at the biggest festival in Europe Hip Hop Kemp playing to a crowd of 25,000.
With Smasher working on beatz for Klahnekoff, Skriblah, d.ablo (Terra Firma) ,Mighty Mo(heartless crew), Loudmouth and Cris Da Mentalist, Ghetto and Devlin he still managed to find time and began working on his introduction mixtape to the music game as a solo artist.
