Smash Up The Studio presents a superb brand new library of piano loops, focusing on the very latest styles of R&B, Pop and Hip Hop. Highly contemporary, an absolute "must have"

Each 4 bar loop is tempo labelled, ranging from 65 - 110 BPM. All 50 performances are by a top session keyboard player and have been recorded in 24 Bit audio in WAV and APPLE LOOP formats, a total of 289 Mb.

For those who prefer to use their own piano sounds we have also included the MIDI file for each loop, therefore opening up a whole new realm of editing possibilities for the ambitious producer. Why use the same old sample everyone else has, when you can edit the sound, tempo and notation to create a performance unique only to your track. This is the joy of MIDI.

About the artist.

Steve Burton is a session keyboardist, songwriter, producer based in London. His work has covered many genres, from R&B, House, Pop and Jazz thru to Film and Soundtrack. He has featured on many great mixes by artists such as:

Club Grooves: Urban Guitars

Inject some real sounds into your music with this cool selection of electric guitar loops from Smash Up The Studio. Fat and funky, warm and groovy, this terrific urban collection is perfect for HipHop, R&B, Soul and Funk.

Brand new from their Club Grooves series, Smash Up The Studio presents "Club Grooves: Urban Guitars"

Warm creamy chords, tough funky licks and gritty "old skool " riffs. These are guitars with attitude!

This pack contains 427 MB of loops and samples ranging in tempo from 80 to 125 BPM. There are 50 loops of between 4 - 8 bars, any of which could be used as the musical structure for an entire track. Also included are slides, hits and FX recorded as single samples.

For this project we teamed up with session guitarist "Mook" Hands and his old Gibson Les Paul Custom (wine red) The amplifiers used on the sessions were a Fender 65 Twin Reverb and a Marshall MA50C. These were recorded using two SM57 microphones. Other equipment included a Cry Baby wah wah and MXR analog delay pedal. Some loops have also been treated with some post stereo effects at the mixing stage.

All the loops are royalty free and when purchased can be used within your musical compositions for commercial purposes.
