Don't invest in another man's dream, ever. - If it's not your dream, it's not your dream for a reason. If someone wants you to invest in them, it's probably because no one else will. In the end, they'll steal your money, ruin you financially, and then they'll go on vacation.
If someone isn't interested in the welfare of their own family, they certainly aren't interested in the welfare of yours.
