As for work, I own a little hippie store and do tee shirt printing,
for the past 13 years. I work a lot, but I love it.
It's a cool "Hippy Store" in Lombard, IL, and we do tee shirt printing & tie dyeing too.
I married my high school sweetheart Bert, and have two great children.
I'm artistic in many fields like coloring (adding color to daily life, gardening, blowing glass, making tie dyes, and painting/coloring art, sewing).
I go in tangents. When I focus on something and want to get it done, It gets done!!
In my spare time I love reading, hanging out with friends, watching movies, snowboarding, learning new things, spending quality time with my kids, being active & out doors, camping, being productive, traveling, talking to people, and of course sleeping.
It’s OK to dream, but remember your reality is now.

Europe ~ I'm 100% Solvenian. So I have visited the surrounding contries like, Austria, Italy etc. Slovenija, is the "Sunny Side of the Alps," which is beautiful, and all my relatives still live there.

I’m not an envious person. Like the rich/famous/lucky, doesn’t bother me. When I was younger, I was different, but now with knowledge, I see life in a different view. Remember $ doesn’t always buy happiness, and beauty is only skin deep, and life is too short, so enjoy it, with what you have. But of course do what matters to you.

I have my own strong beliefs & faiths, which I truly believe in. Each & everyday, a miracle, coincidence, experience, education, justifies them even more. It's about questioning everything.

I’m very artistic is everything I do. I see earths beautiful colors, and I need to apply them all over, my home, office, my gardens, myspace, my life, etc.

ONE, little thing I do, is by passing the happiness through me, onto others, so they can pass it on, and cause a good chain reaction, and maybe everyone can smile more! Is that really too much to ask sometimes? I want to change the world in so many ways, so I try spreading it from my inner circle.

Gratitude and prayers to all the troops still fighting this battle for us and to all the EMT service people and bystanders that took action on 9/11 and afterwards and to all those who have and who are now paying with their health and lives for helping those in need and cleaning up ground zero and to their families. The best thing about starting over is that we can always do so, right now. No matter how far out things become, we can always begin again, from right here. Beyond what we "think" is everything else. Despite our best attempts to understand, understanding itself is only a fractional part. Rarely do these thoughts shine light upon the true measure and majesty of "that," of which we find ourselves here within.

Recently I began shredding over ten years worth of pay stubs. Disposing of them was an interesting matter to say the least. Pay stub by pay stub, I watched over five hundred weeks of blood sweat and tears fall through the shredder blades. I destroyed them one by one, week by week to really capture the experience. It was like reliving different phases of my life through past employment. Over twenty thousand hours of my life falling through my fingers. I thought of all the things I had purchased over the years that isn't anywhere to be seen. It was surreal to bear witness to all of the time we spend amassing stuff that doesn’t even exist anymore. A million things slaved for, passed through the sausage grinder and sent off into oblivion. Then my mind shifts to an ever growing world of six billion people doing the same thing over and over. So I have to stp and ask myself, “What is the point?” It all goes away in the end. No-thing lasts forever, yet we spend a lifetime wasting away for them.
I wonder why that is...
The best things in life are free. These experiences, all of the memories, every emotion and especially you, are the things that seems to me "to be" what really matters. I am blessed by your friendship! Namaste ~R~
