General
Travel and saving money to travel at the moment are my big interests. I'm heading over to London on the 21st of December and doing a Contiki Winter Wanderer tour that will be 24 days of fun. The tour heads to most of the main cities in Western Europe. I cant wait to go to Rome, Switzerland and Prague for the really chep beer (atleast from what i have heard). After Europe i'll be in London for 4 days and then i'm heading to one of the worlds oldest countries in Egypt for 8 days and then I'll be heading to Jordan for 8 days as well. Everyone knows what is in Egypt, but not many people know about Jordan. The place is filled with historical places, mostly religious stuff, I'm not a very big religious person or anything but it will be really interesting I hope. I guess Europe will be my party time with alot of sight seeing and Egypt/Jordan will be the more serrious sight seeing and the photography side of things. Then after Jordan its a flight back to London with a 9 hour layover for a flight to sydney with another stop over for a couple of hours in Honk Kong, roughly a 39 hour trip home including stopovers (it's amazing what you will put yourself through to save around 500 bucks)Music
Heading to see Good Charlotte on the 12th of October at the Hordan Pavillion in sydney. It should be a good conert with some decent support acts in Kisschasey and The Hot Lies. Not a big fan of the Hordan Pavillion but it seems to be a popular venue these days.Movies
Television
Not a big TV person unless the footy is on or somehting like family guy (you crack me up peter griffin). The tv is usually backround noise if i'm not listening to music.Books
Travel naratives are pretty good. They are usually just stories of peoples travels around the place and can give you some good ideas of where you might want to go. I just finished Top Deck Daze by Bill James. The book is about the people that started a bus tour company in england and europe called top deck, these same people are the ones that opened Flight Centre in Australia (the biggest travel agent chain in australia) very funny and i would recomend it to anyone for a laugh and how thing can turn around.Heroes

I'm good and excited...i just bought a totally new car...a mazda 3 yesterday...pick it up on friday...now im poor :-(
I told mitch i might be getting GC tix...I ended up getting tix on the thursday night (they might be dodgy) but we'll see how it goes.
So none of our teams made it to the grand final...oh well, my team will have to stop drinking lattes- he he.

Hi! So, I'm back! Had a great time, although it was cloudy the night we went to Mt Yassur which was a bit dissapointing, but still great. Have to start getting ready for Dec now!
G'day, so only about a week now till Vanuatu wahooo very excited!! So much beer and sun will be awesome, then when I get home I can get stuck in to some proper Europe planning, I am so unorganised!!
hey! i had a pretty quiet weekend myself, trying pretty hard to save now, its just under 4 weeks now until we go to vanuatu, i am VERY excited! can't wait to see some sun, im hoping its going to be warm!
Hey, always love the free drinks ;) I had a pretty big saturday night, went to town and drank far too many pints myself. lol Had fun though.
Finally got my passport today! Nothing like leaving things till the last minute. Not long at all to go until Vanuatu, sooo excited to get out of this rainy cold and onto a warm beach, esp considering we are spending our summer in freezing Europe!
