As a DJ, the 21 year-old was voted #1 in Australia, and spent the year touring in support of dance heavyweights such as Tiesto, Armin Van Buuren and Paul Van Dyk. He was regular on the prominent Australian festival circuit and ended 2008 with a bang by co-headling Melbourne's Sensation NYE party.
