I AM SORRY YOUR BACK IS MESSED UP! I HAVE AN OLD BRACE IF YOU WANNA USE IT. IT REALLY DOES HELP. I MESSED UP MY BACK A WHILE AGO AND HERNIATED A DISC. TALKING BOUT SOME PAIN! BUT THE BRACE PROVIDES SUPPORT, AND A GOOD LIL PRESSURE. I CAN GIVE IT TO YOU NEXT PRACTICE IF YOU WANT.
